CleanReel credits pay for a digital service — each credit covers the processing of one full-clip export. Here's how refunds work, in plain language.
Every mode has a free preview that processes the start of your clip so you can see the actual result before spending a credit (or before buying any). Previews are unlimited — please use them to check quality first; it's the fastest "refund" there is because nothing was ever charged.
If an export fails, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you don't need to ask. If your balance ever looks wrong after a failure, email us and we'll fix it.
Bought the wrong pack, changed your mind, or the tool turned out not to fit your clips? Email support@cleanreel.app from your sign-in address. We review these case-by-case, in good faith — unused credits can be refunded, and we'd rather refund you than leave you unhappy.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded — if there's a major failure with the service, you're entitled to remedies under that law (such as a refund), and you're also entitled to have problems that aren't major put right in a reasonable time.
Email support@cleanreel.app with the email you sign in with, what happened, and (for a specific export) roughly when you ran it. We aim to reply within a few business days. Refunds of purchases go back through Stripe to your original payment method.
