CleanReel (cleanreel.app) is operated by GREATER ADELAIDE SALES PTY LTD, an Australian company. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the tool — your email and the video you're editing — your videos are deleted from our server within about 6 hours, we never see your card number, and there's no third-party ad tracking on the site.

These providers act on our instructions. Some are located overseas (mainly the United States), so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia.

4. In your browser

The only thing CleanReel keeps in your browser is a signed session token (localStorage key cr_auth) so you stay signed in on that device. Signing out removes it. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Email support@cleanreel.app from your sign-in address to access or delete your data — we'll show you what we hold (your email and credit balance; uploads are already auto-deleted) or delete your account record. We handle personal information in line with Australian privacy law, and if you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
